New Update

It's been a long time since I posted, but I was having problems with blogger. A lot has happened. I'll just say very recent news. Tonight, the yankees took the first game of 3 from the nationals, winning it 7-5. Bernie homered to give them the lead in th 9th. Mariano was perfect against all 5 batters he faced. Before tonight, new york won the first 2 games out of 3 vs. the indians, and was swept in 2 games by the a's. However, we are in sole possession of 1st place by 1 game over the red sox. It may not last long, because this is a very tight division and you never know what will happen. After 2 more games in washington, the yanks will head to philly to play another 3 game series, and then back home for 3 each against the marlins, mets, and braves. Let's hope we can keep the lead or stay as close to 1st as possible.
