End of Spring Training

The yankees have completed all preseason games in Florida. They have a standing of 14-16. They will now travel out west until they return for the Yankee Stadium home opener. On Friday and Saturday, they will play the Arizona Diamondbacks in Chase Field (formerly Bank One Ballpark) in Phoenix, Arizona. Sunday will be an off day, and from Monday to Wednesday, the yankees will start the season with a three game series against Oakland. All of those first 3 games will start at 10:05 PM eastern time. On Friday, they will head to Anaheim for a three game series against the Los Angeles Angels (of Anaheim). Then finally, on April 11, the yankees will play at home vs the Kansas City Royals. The probable starting pitchers for the Oakland series are: Randy Johnson (NYY) vs. Barry Zito (OAK) in game 1, Mike Mussina (NYY) vs. Rich Harden (OAK) in game 2, and Chien Ming Wang (NYY) vs. Dan Haren (OAK) in game 3.
